Data deletion

You can remove data you have shared with Listriva at any time.

Disconnect Facebook and Instagram

• In Listriva, open Social accounts and choose Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored access tokens and cancels posts that have not started publishing.
• You can also remove Listriva in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Listriva, and remove it.

Delete your content or account

• Delete individual listings, photos or posts from their pages.
• Workspace owners can delete the whole workspace in Settings.
• Delete your account in Settings → Delete my account. Your login, profile, and workspaces where you are the only member are permanently deleted.

Posts that were already published stay on Facebook or Instagram until you delete them there.

Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email hello@listriva.com from the address on your account and we will delete your data and confirm when it's done.
