By using Listriva you agree to these terms.
Your content and permissions
- You may only import listings, photos and other content you are authorized to use and publish, including any permissions required by your brokerage, your MLS, and photographers.
- Do not use Listriva to scrape or republish content from sites that prohibit it.
- You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to process it to provide the service.
Review before publishing
Listriva generates drafts from the listing facts you confirm and flags some risky wording, but it does not guarantee accuracy or compliance with real estate advertising, fair housing, MLS or platform rules. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every post. Nothing is published without your approval.
Social platforms
Publishing depends on Meta's services and policies. Platforms can reject, delay or remove posts, and we cannot guarantee delivery. Uncertain results are shown to you for confirmation.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
Service availability and changes
The service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features and will try to give notice of significant changes.
