Privacy policy

Listriva helps real estate professionals create and schedule social media posts about their listings. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, time zone, and workspace membership.
• Listing content you provide: listing details you paste or upload (including PDFs), property photos, brand settings, logos, captions, and post designs.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, we receive the Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts you choose to share, their names and IDs, and access tokens that let us publish posts you approve. We never ask for or store your Facebook or Instagram password.
• Usage and security records: an activity log of actions in your workspace (for example, approvals and publishing results) and basic technical logs.

How we use information

• To provide the service: extract listing details, generate captions and graphics, and publish the posts you approve at the times you choose.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Facebook and Instagram data

We use Meta's official APIs (Facebook Login for Business) only to list the Pages and Instagram professional accounts you authorize and to publish posts you have explicitly approved. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only for those purposes. You can disconnect an account at any time in Social accounts, which deletes its stored tokens; you can also remove Listriva in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.

Service providers

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: hosting (Vercel), database, authentication and file storage (Supabase), AI caption generation (Anthropic, which receives listing facts you have confirmed), and Meta for publishing. They may only use the data to provide their services to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete listings, posts and photos, delete your workspace, or delete your account from Settings; this removes the associated data from our systems. Posts already published remain on Facebook or Instagram until you remove them there. See Data deletion for details.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, workspaces are isolated from each other, and social access tokens are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
